Recommended technique
- Insert horizontally until the teeth seat, then lift slightly or pull level.
- Guide rolls along rails, a dolly, or a waiting forklift to prevent core drag.
- Never pull downward — downward angles add friction and can tear the core wall.
- Stand by the side of the truck, not behind the ropes or chains.
Chain attaches to the forged ring — teeth bite the core.

Safety First
Roll Pullers don't break with proper use. Chains, cables, and ropes do.
Rules of the dock
- Never exceed the Working Load Limit (WLL). WLL is lower than the breaking strength — that's the point.
- Stand at the side of the truck, not behind or in line with the pull.
- Do not stand by the ropes or chains. A snapped rigging line kills.
- Watch OSHA regulations. Never assume common sense — train every operator.
